We recommend using only our SD cards to ensure optimal dashcam performance. Dashcams place significantly higher stress on SD cards compared to most electronic devices—such as action cameras or DSLRs—due to continuous loop recording. While other cards may share similar specifications, performance can vary between manufacturers and even across production batches. Therefore, we cannot guarantee consistent performance with third-party cards.
Using non-qualified or third-party SD cards may compromise dashcam functionality, potentially causing issues such as random reboots during recording.
